We want you to love your Velvet Ridge Fragancia purchase. If you don’t, here’s how returns work.
30-day return window
You have 30 days from the delivery date to return any item for a refund. Items must be returned in original packaging, with at least 80% of the product remaining (we know fragrance is meant to be tested — we just don’t accept empty bottles).
Eligible for return
- Unused or lightly used fragrance with original packaging
- Damaged or defective items (we cover return shipping)
- Items received in error
Not eligible for return
- Discovery sets and sample-size SKUs once opened (for hygiene reasons)
- Final sale items (clearly marked at checkout)
- Items returned after 30 days
- Items damaged due to misuse
How to start a return
- Email returns@velvetridgefragancia.com with your order number and the reason for return.
- We’ll respond within one business day with return instructions and a return label (for damaged/defective items, return shipping is free; for change-of-mind returns, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility).
- Pack the item securely with original packaging.
- Ship within 14 days of receiving return instructions.

Refund processing
- Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 3 business days), we’ll send a confirmation email.
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Bank processing may add 1–3 days.
- Original shipping fees are refunded only when the return is due to our error or a defect.
Exchanges
We don’t process direct exchanges. To swap a fragrance for a different one, return the original and place a new order. This keeps things simple and fast.
Damaged or defective items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, photograph the issue and email returns@velvetridgefragancia.com within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll send a replacement or full refund — your choice — and we cover return shipping.
Lost or undelivered packages
If tracking shows delivered but the package isn’t with you:
- Check with neighbors and around the property.
- Contact the carrier.
- If unresolved within 5 business days, email us and we’ll work with the carrier to file a claim or send a replacement.
International returns
We accept international returns within the same 30-day window. Customer is responsible for return shipping and any customs/duty fees. International refunds may take 10–15 business days due to customs processing.
