These Terms govern your use of velvetridgefragancia.com (the “Site”) and the products and services offered by Velvet Ridge Fragancia, a DBA of Khan Associates Inc, a Tennessee corporation (“we,” “us,” “our”). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction) to place an order. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

When you create an account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and keep it updated. You are responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping your password secure. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

We sell fragrance, body care, and related accessories. Product availability, ingredients, and pricing are subject to change. Product images are illustrative; slight variations in color, packaging, or batch may occur.
4. Pricing and payment
- Prices are in US dollars.
- We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. If a product is listed at a clearly incorrect price, we may cancel the order and refund any charges.
- Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.
- Payment is due in full at checkout via Stripe, PayPal, or other supported methods.
- We do not store full credit card numbers; payment processors handle card data per PCI DSS.
5. Orders and acceptance

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission. The Velvet Ridge Fragancia name and logo are trademarks (or pending trademarks).
9. User content
If you post reviews, comments, or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive, perpetual, royalty-free license to use, modify, and display that content in connection with our business. You represent that the content is yours, accurate, and does not infringe any rights.
10. Reviews
Reviews must reflect genuine experience with our products. We reserve the right to remove reviews that are off-topic, abusive, fraudulent, or violate our guidelines. We do not pay for or solicit fake reviews.
11. Acceptable use
You agree not to: use the Site for any unlawful purpose; attempt to access non-public areas or systems; probe or test the vulnerability of the Site; scrape or harvest data from the Site; submit malware or harmful code; impersonate another person or entity; resell our products without authorization.

Fragrance and cosmetic products may cause skin sensitivity in some individuals. Test on a small skin area first. Discontinue use if irritation occurs and consult a healthcare provider. We do not make medical or therapeutic claims about our products.
13. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO THE SITE OR PRODUCTS WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE PRODUCT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM IN THE 12 MONTHS PRIOR, OR (B) $100. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.
Some jurisdictions don’t allow these limitations. In those jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted.
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Khan Associates Inc and Velvet Ridge Fragancia, its officers, employees, and agents from any claim arising from your breach of these Terms, your use of the Site, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
15. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Shelby County, Tennessee, and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction there.
16. Dispute resolution
Before filing a formal claim, you agree to contact us at legal@velvetridgefragancia.com to attempt informal resolution. If we can’t resolve within 30 days, either party may pursue the dispute in court (or in arbitration where required).
17. Class action waiver
To the extent permitted by law, you and Velvet Ridge Fragancia agree that disputes will be resolved on an individual basis and not as part of a class, collective, or representative action.
18. Modifications
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or site banner. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance.
19. Severability
If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
20. Entire agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and other policies referenced, constitute the entire agreement between you and Velvet Ridge Fragancia regarding the Site and products.
