Refund and Returns Policy
30-day return window. We accept returns of unopened, sealed products in original retail condition within 30 days of the delivery date. Opened or used fragrance and beauty products cannot be accepted for return for hygiene and product-safety reasons.
How to start a return. Contact us at support@velvetridgefragancia.com or +1 (901) 921-3666 within 30 days of delivery and include your order number. We will email you a return authorization with instructions.

Refund timing. Once we receive and inspect the returned item we will refund the full purchase price to your original payment method within 3 – 5 business days.
Damaged or wrong item. If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will replace or refund the affected item with no return-shipping cost to you.
