Where we ship
We currently ship across the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories. International shipping is launching in Q3 2026.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri) after order confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or US holidays begin processing the next business day.

Rates and methods are calculated at checkout based on your address and order weight.
Tracking
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order ships. Track via the carrier’s site directly or through our order portal.
Address accuracy
Please verify your shipping address before placing the order. Address corrections after dispatch may incur a fee from the carrier (typically $15–$25), which we’ll pass along.
Lost, stolen, or damaged shipments
- Damaged in transit: Photograph the damage and email returns@velvetridgefragancia.com within 48 hours. We’ll send a replacement or refund.
- Marked delivered but missing: Check with neighbors and around the property. Contact the carrier first. If unresolved within 5 business days, email us and we’ll file a claim and send a replacement when appropriate.
- Lost in transit: If tracking shows no movement for 7+ business days, email us — we’ll investigate.
P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO
- USPS shipments: Yes
- UPS shipments: No P.O. Box delivery (UPS limitation)
Hazmat / liquid restrictions
Fragrance is classified as a limited-quantity hazmat item by some carriers. We comply with all relevant regulations:
- Air shipping (overnight, expedited) follows IATA limited quantity rules
- International shipping (when launched) requires ground or surface in some destinations
Order changes and cancellations
- Before shipment: Email support@velvetridgefragancia.com ASAP. We’ll change or cancel if not yet handed to the carrier.
- After shipment: Treat as a return per our Refund Policy.
Holiday shipping
Around major US holidays, processing may extend by 1 business day. Cutoff dates for holiday delivery are posted on the homepage in November.
